Aldeo, TX – Davhon Keys, a 6' 215lbs high school senior at Aldeo High School, has not only caught the attention of scouts on the football field but has also made waves with his commitment to Louisiana State University (LSU). With a passion for the game that began at the age of 7, Keys' journey to football stardom has been nothing short of remarkable.

"I had always enjoyed watching football and getting to play it was exciting. The love just grew as I continued to play and get better," Keys reminisced about his early days in the sport.

One of the key figures in Keys' development has been Coach Mac, a mentor who not only honed his football skills but also emphasized his growth as a person. "Coach Mac ensured I was proficient on the field but also a great person off the field," Keys fondly recalled.

Keys' recruiting journey took off during his junior year, with LSU emerging as the clear choice after an eye-opening unofficial visit in March. "From that moment, I knew LSU was the place I wanted to be," Keys remarked, speaking of the moment he felt a strong connection to the program.

As he gears up for his senior season, Keys has set ambitious goals both for the team and himself. "My ultimate goal is to finish the season 16-0 and secure a 3rd state championship," Keys revealed. He also plans to make a personal impact with 150+ tackles and 7+ turnovers during the season.

Beyond his prowess on the field, Keys is a multi-talented individual with a love for writing and puzzles. Math puzzles and jigsaw puzzles are some of his favorite activities outside of football. "During my free time, I like to play games, lift, and play other sports," Keys shared, shedding light on his diverse interests.

With his commitment to LSU and his well-rounded nature, Davhon Keys is not only a force to be reckoned with on the gridiron but also a promising example of dedication, talent, and passion in the world of sports. As his senior season unfolds, football enthusiasts will undoubtedly keep a keen eye on this rising star from Aldeo High School.
