Willard High School’s Cameron Harmon is making himself known as a dominant defensive end and long snapper in the class of 2026. Standing at 6’3” and weighing 230 pounds, Harmon has transformed his body and game this offseason, positioning himself as a rising prospect in Ohio football.

Harmon first fell in love with the game in fifth grade, drawn to the way football provided an outlet for both stress and competitiveness. “When I played this game, my mind felt so free. All my stress went away, and I could also let all of my competitiveness out on the field,” Harmon said.

Determined to elevate his game, Harmon has been putting in the work during the offseason. After playing last season at 190 pounds, he has bulked up to 230 through a strict training regimen, working both individually and with his team. He’s also been training one-on-one with Coach Jordan Speller, a former Tiffin University player, to refine his technique and athleticism.

In addition to his strength gains, Harmon is actively attending camps to showcase his skills. “This year, I will be attending the Tiffin camp, Ashland camp, Kentucky Wesleyan camp, Kent State camp, and hopefully the Wayne State National Showcase, along with a few others,” he shared.

Harmon’s recruiting process is still in its early stages, but he’s proactively reaching out to programs, hoping to find a coach who sees his potential. “I know all it takes is one coach to give you a shot. I’m looking for a program that’s willing to work with me, improve me, and see what I can bring to the field,” he explained. Academically, he maintains a 3.8 GPA and plans to pursue a degree in business.

Off the field, Harmon values his faith and the connections he builds with others. “I love spending time with people close to me and learning about them on a deeper level. I also love to spend time with my Lord and Savior, God. Without Him, I wouldn’t be here,” he said.

One thing that sets Harmon apart? His surprising flexibility for his size. “I’ve always been the most flexible on any of my sports teams, and I’m actually double-jointed,” he revealed.

With his work ethic, physical transformation, and dedication to improvement, Harmon is a name to watch in the 2026 recruiting class. As he continues to showcase his skills at camps and connect with college programs, his next opportunity may be just around the corner.
