2025 4-Star TE Linkon Cure: Goodland HS (KS)
In the heartland of Kansas, a towering figure is making waves on the football field. Meet Linkon Cure, the 6’6, 225-pound dynamo from Goodland High School, whose talent and dedication are propelling him towards gridiron stardom. But Cure is not just a force to be reckoned with on the field; he’s also a scholar, boasting an impressive 3.9 GPA.
"I feel as if I was born into football," Cure shares, reflecting on his journey into the sport. "From the moment I could get involved, I did. I fell in love with it immediately and made a promise to myself that I was going to make it my life."
But Cure’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the gridiron. When asked about his training regimen, he reveals, "I typically do my own workouts and push myself to exhaustion any time I can to be better." This relentless drive has undoubtedly contributed to his success on the field.
With colleges lining up to recruit him, Cure remains focused on the future. "It has been going really good," he remarks on the recruiting process. "33 schools have extended offers to me. K-State, Oregon, and Texas A&M have really caught my attention. I love everything about them. I would like to commit before my senior year."
Despite his rigorous training schedule, Cure finds solace in his faith and values being a leader both on and off the field. "I involve my life a lot in faith. I understand God got me to where I am now," he emphasizes. "Otherwise, most of my life is sports. I really value being a leader and having a legacy and impact on others. I want to be one of the greats."
As Cure gears up for the upcoming football season, one thing is clear: his journey is just beginning, and the gridiron world better be ready for Linkon Cure's rise to the top.
